The Story
This scarcely found Art Deco teapot, is a charming piece of English kitchenalia, featuring the eternally popular Blue Willow pattern. Made by Woods & Son, Stoke-On-Trent, it has a wonderful, streamlined form, that makes it a cozy addition to any tea table or country-style dresser.

• Dimensions: 25cm W (including spout and handle) x 15cm H (at tallest) 10cm W diameter at top
• Capacity: Approx. 1000ml (1 litre) 4-6 cups
• Material: Transfer-printed in deep blue on off-white toned body.
• Era: 1920s-30s - marked “Woods Ware’ (1917+) to base
• Condition: In lovely vintage condition. The piece displays a fine crazing to the glaze, mainly visible to its interior, which is very common in English pottery of this age and adds to its authentic "soul." There are no chips cracks or damage.

A classic blue and white transfer-ware teapot, decorated with the iconic Willow story - featuring pagodas, bridges, and the famous pair of lovebirds.
